Implants developed by the Alfred Mann Foundation (BION) under contract with the CIA function similar to RFID’s receiving a radio signal which is translated into an electrical signal powering the implant to discharge an electrical pulse into either the nervous system or a muscle. This signal can also discharge an echo back of information.

Implants where developed under the CIA detainee program and the Department of Defence US Naval Space Warfare Centre SPAWAR contract N66001060805.

Illegal implant cases in the American courts include Dave Larson (larsonmedia.net), Deborah Lamb and John Mecca (http://www.secretangel.tv ).

Steve Wilson of Illinois has removed an implant from his ear after being spoken to and listening to a high pitched sound for days on end. The implant removed was confirmed by Dave Larson (larsonmedia.net) to be that developed under the CIA detainee program and the Department of Defence US Naval Space Warfare Centre SPAWAR contract N66001060805. Dave Larson has had several implants removed by doctors. John Mecca and Debra Lamb both have scaring around the ears confirming they were implanted.

The CIA, Pentagon, ASIO, American police and Australian police have all been contacted regarding the devices.

Case Evidence Detailing Defense Special Access, Implantable Biomedical Technology and it's misuse by defense and intelligence agencies...

What has been developed | Submillimeter sized implantable biomems devices that are non ferrous resulting in devices which cannot be localized by clinical radiology methods. The devices are capable of recording biological data such as EEG, EMG, EKG data and are the basis for auditory, visual, and motor prosthetic technology. The devices are also capable of delivering electrical current into the biological system and feature bi=directional wirelss telemetry using FCC regulated spectrum.
